Tantra: The Art of Sacred Connection
A Guided Exploration of Tantra | For Singles & Couples | All Levels
- July 22, 2025 | Boulder, CO More Dates and Locations Coming Soon

A Space to Breathe, Feel, and Connect
In the rush of daily life, we often live in our heads: managing tasks, navigating relationships, trying to keep it all together. But beneath the surface, many of us are carrying stress, disconnection, and a quiet yearning for more.
This guided exploration of Tantra offers a space to slow down and return to what’s real. Through breath, presence, and simple yet powerful partner and solo practices, you’ll awaken your capacity for intimacy, joy, and deep inner peace – all in a safe and grounded environment.
Whether you come solo or with a partner, this is a space to be seen, to reconnect with your aliveness, and to remember that sacred connection is always available – starting within.

Are You Longing for Deeper Connection?
You might be new to Tantra… or maybe you’ve explored it before but are looking for a space that feels safe, grounded, and real.
You might relate if:
- You're in your head and want to reconnect with your body
- You're curious about intimacy or Tantra but turned off by performative or sleazy spaces
- You feel disconnected - from your purpose, your pleasure, or the people around you
- You’re navigating life changes and want tools for more presence and peace
- You want to explore intimacy and embodiment in a safe and supportive environment

Why This Tantra?
We know the word Tantra can bring up a lot of questions – and sometimes misconceptions. This is not about performance, pressure, or pushing boundaries. There’s no nudity, no sexual practices, and no need to be anything other than yourself.
At its heart, Tantra is a path of presence, self-awareness, and embodied connection. It’s about learning to live in harmony with life – not by escaping it, but by embracing it fully.
In this space, you’ll be guided to reconnect with your body and breath, to soften into the present moment, and to explore practices that are respectful, grounded, and emotionally safe.
Tantra invites us to weave the seeming opposites of life – stress and ease, work and rest, connection and personal space — into a more balanced and fulfilling way of living.
This is a space to slow down, honor your boundaries, and rediscover what it means to feel deeply alive – within yourself and in connection with others.
What You’ll Experience
You’ll be gently guided through:
- Active meditations to release tension and access deeper states of joy and stillness
- Tantric partner practices that support presence, connection, and self-awareness (with consent and clear boundaries)
- Breathwork to quiet the mind and awaken your life force
- Sharing circles that invite openness, listening, and authentic expression
- Moments of silence, reflection, and shared energy
- Tools you can integrate into daily life - even after the event ends
Whether you’re single or in relationship, experienced or new to tantra, you’ll leave with insights and embodied practices to support your inner and relational life.
Is This For You?
This experience is designed for both singles and couples, and is especially supportive if:
